ASTAC courses are designed to maximize student participation and interaction. For this reason registrations are limited to 30 per course. It is because of these limited registration spots that ASTAC has developed registration guidelines.
Students submitting a reservation may withdraw the registration at any time prior to the registration deadline. Once the registration deadline has passed, no refunds or withdraws are permitted and payment is expected whether the student attends or not. In the event a student is unable to attend; an alternate may be sent in the students place. ASTAC reserves the right to make exceptions or changes to the registration guidelines.
