A fantastic animal cruelty course that focuses on answering some of the elusive questions that animal control officers and cruelty investigators are often faced with. Along with formal classroom work, this course features a mock crime scene in an outdoor location not far from the hotel. The crime scene will require all students' participation. The class also covers an Animal Bloodsports block of instruction.
This is not one you will want to miss!
Digital Crime Scene Reconstruction
Day 2 of the Animal Cruelty Investigations Course features a "field trip" to a residential location where students must engage in a mock investigation. Instructors act as realistic animal owners and other "players". But the coolness factor doesn't stop there. A digital crime scene is presented back in the classroom on day 3 and the students will review success and mistakes during their time in the field.
